Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in San Diego to support a guest-first culture with strong operations and compelling visual merchandising on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.

You will help guests, keep the floor stocked and priced, and engage with customers across shifts, including nights and weekends. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and delivering an inviting shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and pricing to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the sales floor to replenish merchandise.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain product availability on the floor and in the backroom with priority fills.
