Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver a welcoming guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will keep the floor stocked, accurately priced, and visually compelling to help guests discover fashion and essentials.

You’ll engage with guests, support operations, and merchandise with energy and speed while upholding safety, compliance, and store standards. Training will be provided, with ample opportunities for growth.

• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerun merchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing execution; maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
