Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, and support daily operations with a guest-first mindset.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a physically active, fast-paced environment. You will assist with fitting rooms, merchandise replenishment, and store-wide tasks to ensure an engaging shopping experience.

• Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role requiring teamwork and flexible hours.
• Open to working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and using signage for promotions.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise as needed to meet business demands.
• Maintain floor presentation and product availability through priority and merchandising fills.
• Support fitting rooms and backroom organization to assist guests and fulfill requests.
• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist with other duties as needed.
