• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.

• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory to support guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and floor coverage with priority fills.
• Perform backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing execution.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming guest space.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise to the floor.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance at all times.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, OPU, and Drive-up.
• Greet guests and engage helpfully to solve needs.
• Thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.
