You will learn product offerings, stock levels, and pricing while delivering an engaging guest experience. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak shopping times, and may involve lifting up to 44 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the sales floor.
• Set visual merchandising presentations to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability with priority and manual fills.
• Support backroom organization for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to inspire guests.
• Support price change processes with signing.
