Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet and assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will help maintain a well-organized, visually compelling store with accurate pricing and in-store signage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory and guest needs.
• Sort freight and merchandise to the salesfloor and backroom per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills and merchandising.
• Execute backroom organization and replenishment support, including locating merchandise.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring guest shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signing and signage.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest requests by moving merchandise to the salesfloor as needed.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance at all times.
