Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signed signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests as needed.
• Sort and push freight to the sales floor and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and floor fullness through priority and manual fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest needs.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver inspiring shopping experiences.
• Support price change processes and signing execution.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries to enhance guest satisfaction.
