Job summary

Target in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Style Consultant to enhance guest experiences through strong operations and compelling visual merchandising. You will help guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, ensuring the floor is properly stocked and accurately priced.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and pricing.
• Understand sales, inventory ownership, and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and manage fills to keep the floor stocked.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to meet guest needs.
• Remer merchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price-change processes and signing execution.
• Greet guests and engage with them to help solve needs.
