Target is hiring a Style Consultant to join our team in Wisconsin. You will help guests discover the joy of shopping through strong operations, welcoming service, and compelling in-store displays.

You’ll manage floor sets, pricing, and merchandising while assisting customers across fitting rooms and sales floors. This role emphasizes guest-first service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and ability to assist customers.
• Knowledge of apparel products and retail basics; ability to adapt to trends.
• Effective communication and multitasking in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Maintain floor stock, replenishment, and backroom organization to support guest needs.
• Assist guests in fitting rooms and help locate products.
• Support cashiering, pickup, and drive-up duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety and cleanliness on the selling floor.
