Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of style while delivering exceptional service on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will contribute to strong operations, visual merchandising, and guest experiences that drive sales and loyalty.

Ideal candidates are flexible, energetic, and capable of balancing multiple tasks in a busy store. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop skills and advance within Target.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service fundamentals and a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork across store operations.
• Comfort with using store tools and handheld scanners to support guests.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signage.
• Monitor inventory and assist with merchandising, pricing, and product availability.
• Shore up the backroom organization and replenishment to meet guest demand.
• Assist guests with fitting rooms and product questions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Support cashiering, pickup and drive-up duties while upholding safety and policy compliance.
