Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashion and make shopping easy. You will support a guest‑first culture, maintain the sales floor, and assist with fitting rooms and checkout duties as needed. This role emphasizes strong operations, visual merchandising, and friendly guest interactions throughout the shift.

You will engage guests, answer questions, and work with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience while following safety and company policies.

• Maintain fitting rooms and assist guests throughout the day.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment to ensure availability.
• Provide a welcoming experience and respond to guest questions promptly.
