Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor, creating authentic connections and guiding the shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You’ll help keep the store looking beautiful and organized, ensuring merchandise is in place to impress customers.

You’ll collaborate with the team to deliver memorable experiences, use technology and POS tools for a seamless omnichannel flow, and support leadership to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
