Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador, helping customers with styling and personalized recommendations. You will keep the sales floor organized and collaborate with teammates to deliver a memorable guest experience.

In this role, you’ll use brand behaviors and technology to support omnichannel shopping, drive loyalty, and maintain store standards. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
