Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and ensuring the store is welcoming and well-organized. You will help create memorable shopping experiences and uphold our high visual and service standards.

You will collaborate with team members to deliver personalized service, drive brand loyalty, and support omnichannel initiatives using available tools while working flexible evenings and weekends at our Oklahoma City store.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience preferred
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
