Nordstrom is seeking a Store Support teammate in Nashville who loves fashion, delivers superior customer service, and thrives at the point of sale. You’ll assist customers, stay fashion-forward, and help keep the sales floor organized and runway-ready.

You will work as part of a team, handle flexible scheduling, and support areas like order fulfillment and pickup while learning new computer tools. North American pay and benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions while delivering amazing customer service
• Keep the service quick, easy and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing your love for fashion
• Be a great team player by keeping the department runway ready: straighten up, lightly clean and restock the cash wrap area and sales floor
• Stay up on key fashion trends and products to help customers make purchase decisions
• Build relationships with customers by informing them about events, Nordstrom gift cards and Nordstrom Rewards
• Flexible to support other areas of the store including order fulfillment and order pick-up
