Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc is seeking a Store Support team member with a passion for fashion and outstanding customer service. You will assist customers at checkout and via phone, handle returns, and help keep the floor runway-ready.

You'll stay current on fashion trends and promote Nordstrom Rewards, gift cards, and upcoming events while being adaptable to support order fulfillment and pickup as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions.
• Provide quick, easy, and fun service by listening to customer needs.
• Restock and maintain a tidy cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed on fashion trends to aid purchase decisions.
• Promote events, Nordstrom gift cards and the Rewards program.
• Support other store areas including order fulfillment and pickup.
