Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support guests with a high-energy, service-focused approach. You will contribute to visually compelling displays and maintain a well-stocked salesfloor with accurate pricing and organized backrooms, ensuring an inviting shopping environment.

We value strong guest service, merchandising knowledge, and the ability to work independently or with the team in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a guest-first culture and strong guest service fundamentals.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, pricing, and floor presentation.
• Ability to set, stock and price floor with right sizes and colors.
• Comfort with backroom organization and basic inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push stock to floor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visuals and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability with priority and replenishment fills.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes with clear merchandising and signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms as welcoming spaces for guests.
• Assist fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise to salesfloor.
• Demonstrate safety and compliance in all duties.
