Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and keep the floor visually merchandise-ready with the right products, prices, and sizes.

You will drive sales, leverage store tools to understand performance, move freight to the floor, maintain backrooms, support fitting rooms, and help with price changes and signage while upholding safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Interest and knowledge of apparel and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to operate scanners and store tech.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory performance.
• Sort freight to the sales floor and replenish the backroom.
• Set visuals and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability through priority fills and merchandising.
• Maintain backroom organization and replenishment processes.
• Remer merchandise presentations to inspire guests.
• Support price changes with signed signage and signage upkeep.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome guests and assist shoppers.
• Assist back-up cashier and Drive-Up/OPU duties as needed.
