Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, deliver excellent service, and keep the sales floor organized and inviting. You will work with team members to ensure products are correctly priced, signed, and merchandised to support guest shopping.

The role requires strong communication, energy, and the ability to thrive in a busy retail setting while maintaining a welcoming guest experience and assisting with fitting rooms, checkout, and replenishment tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and willingness to help guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active retail environment
• Comfort with flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting as part of daily duties

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards
• Assist guests using store tools and stay informed on assortment and promotions
• Sort truck freight, replenish merchandise, and maintain backroom organization
• Support fitting rooms, Drive-Up and order pick up duties as needed
• Ensure price accuracy, signing, and merchandising are up-to-date
