Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory and support guest needs.
• Sort freight and replenish merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor through priority and merchandising fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to assist guests.
• Remerchandise presentations to keep displays fresh and inspiring for guests.
• Assist with price changes and signing execution.
• Manage fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests, and enable smooth shopping.
