Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, deliver exceptional service, and keep the sales floor visually engaging. You will assist guests with product information, manage merchandise flow, and respond quickly to guest needs in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Training will cover product knowledge, store systems, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
• Willingness to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Stock and merchandise floors, push freight to the sales floor, and locate items.
• Set up and maintain visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure product availability and maintain a well-presented floor with accurate pricing.
