Target is hiring a Style Consultant to support salesfloor operations and guest experiences. You will ensure displays are clearly priced, organized, and inviting, while assisting guests with product selection and fitting room services.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interaction, teamwork, and flexibility to work varying hours, including peak times. Training will cover product knowledge and store systems, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills to capacity.
