Qualifications

• Must have professional selling skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is required.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Social media awareness and openness to omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language per market).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic days.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and maneuver on the sales floor.
