Kate Spade New York is seeking a Stylist to help customers articulate their personal style and integrate Kate Spade pieces into daily wardrobes. You will greet guests, listen to their needs, and craft complete looks with cross-category product knowledge.

In a fast-paced boutique setting, you will guide purchases, showcase styling options, and support stockroom and POS processes while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.

Qualifications

• Proven selling skills with strong interpersonal communication.
• Prior retail experience demonstrated in customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy store.
• Collaborative approach and teamwork orientation.
• Awareness of social media and omni/virtual selling concepts.
