Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals (individual contribution to store goal).
• Provide an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies.
• Assist with merchandising, branding and shop presentation to reflect company standards.
• Build relationships with team members and clients; communicate clearly at all levels.
