Job summary

Core Sound Imaging, Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Client Migration Specialist to guide customers through migrating to Studycast. You will coordinate the end-to-end implementation, align client workflows with Studycast capabilities, and ensure a smooth go-live.

You will collaborate with technical, training, and support teams, manage timelines, and communicate progress to clients. The ideal candidate combines healthcare technology know-how with strong project coordination and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with healthcare tech or software implementation experience.
• Experience with PACS, medical imaging, or healthcare software implementations preferred.
• Clinical certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the migration process to align client expectations and timelines.
• Review current PACS workflow, translate to Studycast requirements, secure client approval.
• Coordinate internal resources across technical, training, and support teams.
• Maintain ongoing client communication throughout the migration and go-live.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure Studycast configuration meets their needs.
• Lead knowledge transfer and training activities for a smooth transition.
