Job summary

Core Sound Imaging, a PSG company, is seeking an Implementa­tion Specialist to lead Studycast-related deployments in a fast-paced cloud-based PACS environment. You will own multi‑project plans, coordinate with Clinical Support, Configuration, Training, and Sales, and guide clients from kickoff through go‑live and closure.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of customer‑facing implementation experience, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing customer-facing implementation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong project planning, milestone management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to take ownership, drive next steps, and maintain momentum.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical imaging or EMR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple concurrent customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, dates, action items, dependencies, and owners.
• Provide proactive status updates to clients and leadership with risks and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet implementation timelines.
• Lead client meetings with clear agendas and documented decisions.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to protect timelines.
• Ensure successful handoff and knowledge transfer for a smooth go-live.
• Collaborate with support, training and sales to ensure client satisfaction.
