University of Virginia's UVA Athletics Student Success is seeking dedicated Student Success Study Hall Monitors to support student-athletes in the study hall at 290 Massie Road, Charlottesville. You will supervise during evenings, maintain a quiet environment, enforce rules, assist with check-in/out, and communicate professionally with staff and students.

Ideal candidates are current UVA students who can commit to Monday through Thursday evenings (5:00 PM–9:00 PM), and who demonstrate strong

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and attentive in a supervisory role.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow all UVA, ACC, and NCAA Guidelines.
• Federal work study students encouraged to apply.

• Position Compensation: $15-$20 Hourly

UVA Athletics Student Success seeks a diverse candidate pool of Student Success Study Hall Monitors to support student-athletes in their academic spaces.

We are seeking dependable and attentive Study Hall Monitors to provide supervision and support during our evening study hall hours. The ideal candidate will create a safe, structured, and quiet environment where students can focus on academic success while ensuring program policies and expectations are followed.

Student Success Study Hall Monitors Hours:

Seeking students who are available Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
