The position advances international partnerships, curriculum coordination, and program governance, requiring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 4+ years in higher education or related fields. On-site work at UCF is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
• Background in higher education, study abroad, or academic advising preferred
• Experience managing scholarship programs, budgets, and disbursements
• Experience evaluating international credentials and coordinating course articulation or mapping

Responsibilities

• Coordinate College Study Abroad programs and serve as point of contact for students
• Manage CECS Scholarships Program, budgets, applications, and disbursements
• Oversee enrollment services for inbound/outbound Study Abroad students and prerequisites
• Develop and manage international partnerships and agreements
• Support international engineering and CS curriculum, advising, documentation, and program coordination
• Execute other projects and tasks as assigned
