Job summary

Alo is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experience on the shop floor in Lone Tree, CO. You will drive engagement, educate guests on products, and coach team members to close sales while maintaining exceptional service standards.

You will analyze store performance data, implement improvement plans, and help manage schedules, budgets, and inventory in partnership with store leadership. This role demands mobility and ongoing interaction with customers throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through connection, product education, and coaching.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and implement action plans for growth.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment and development of Sales & Service staff; provide continuous feedback.
