Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to oversee daily sales and studio operations for eyelash extension and brow services. You’ll lead a hands-on team, drive membership and retail goals, and maintain an inviting guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional communication. Availability to work early mornings and evenings is preferred; compensation includes bonus structure and benefits.
