Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Austin is seeking a sales and operations manager to oversee selling and studio operations. You will lead a hands-on team, model performance, and drive membership and retail goals while maintaining a positive guest experience.

The role requires open availability, strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory and customer service in a fast-paced beauty studio environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing a team of 10+ staff with a focus on sales and targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train, motivate and engage staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and operations for the studio; drive membership and service sales.
• Motivate and develop a high-performing team with regular feedback and recognition.
• Create and manage staff schedules and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by greeting and responding to questions and needs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio and ensure standards are followed.

Looking for a management position with growth opportunities in the Beauty industry? Amazing Lash Studio® is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio.

Management Responsibilities (includes but not limit to)

• Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling "office" job, this isn't it.
• Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You'll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Responsible for the motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.
• Captivating a positive culture with team recognition's and studio contests.
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Creating Schedules, Inventory Management, Customer Service, etc.
• Maintains an impeccable and clean studio.

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate yous.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Competent trainer and motivator
• MindBody Software experience a plus
