Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a Sales Manager / Operations Manager to oversee sales and operations for our eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio in Chicago. You will lead a hands-on team, drive membership sales, and maintain an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring proven team leadership for 10+ staff, strong communication, and flexibility to work early mornings and late nights across seven days. Join a fast-paced beauty brand focused on growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Open availability; early mornings and late nights 7 days a week.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell, and drive membership and retail sales continuously.
• Lead a high-performing team with ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive culture with recognition and studio contests.
• Greet guests, assist, and answer questions promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Create staff schedules, manage inventory, and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Maintain an impeccable and clean studio environment.
