Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead operations, sales and guest services. You will partner with the Studio Director, train the team, manage schedules, and drive membership and retail sales while maintaining a positive, guest-friendly culture.

Open availability, strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required. Travel between our Dallas locations may be needed; Mindbody experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Leadership and team coaching experience required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Assist Studio Director with operations from Front Desk.
Provide high level customer service.
Serve as main sales manager and training lead.
Maintain 40%+ membership closing target.
Drive personal and team membership and retail goals.
Assist in setting sales goals with Studio Manager.
Foster positive culture with recognition and contests.
Greet and assist guests; respond to inquiries.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and service flow.
Keep studio clean and well-maintained.
