Job Description: Studio/Production Designer

Starfish is seeking an experienced Studio/Production Designer with 3+ years of agency or in-house experience. This role demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume agency setting. The successful candidate will be adept at meeting deadlines, independently driving projects forward, and effectively collaborating with the design team under the direction of Creative Directors and Project Managers.

This position will initially be freelance, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role. The work schedule requires on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays being remote workdays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, collaborating with the design team, and working directly with clients.
• The role encompasses both print and digital design and production.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Expertise in both print and digital production processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Advanced typography skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and an excellent eye for photography.
• Experience presenting directly to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
