As a digital production designer at ninety6, you will lead your own projects and work closely with our design team on intricate, multi-piece projects for internal stakeholders and external audiences. You’ll oversee digital and print production for campaigns, events, reference materials, merchandise, and more. Your role involves applying brand standards to ensure brand consistency and top-quality output. Additionally, you'll create, edit, optimize, prepare, and bring to life digital and print content that helps us effectively engage with our consumers, customers, community, and employees.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Cleveland, Ohio area to be considered.

Must-have Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or higher and at least three years of related work experience in graphic design and/or production/creative-technical fields
  • Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field (e.g., Graphic Art, Digital, Visual Communications Design, Technology, and Integrated Media) with a minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred Skills
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage projects from both production and project management perspectives
  • Experience with light video editing and animation
  • Experience creating slide presentations for diverse audiences
  • Experience with photography and post-production
Compensation
  • $54,200 - $79,500/year, depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16%-24% of eligible earnings based on company performance
