The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Production Designer to support our creative team. This role focuses on finalizing print-ready files for packaging and marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency and accuracy. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, exceptional technical skills, and experience working in fast-paced agency or in-house environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare final mechanical print-ready files for packaging and marketing materials
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and production specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-quality designs for print and digital applications
• Design and format various marketing materials, including packaging, promotional assets, and sales collateral
• Maintain organization of design assets, templates, and production files for efficiency and consistency
• Work within tight deadlines while ensuring precision and attention to detail
• Stay current with design trends, printing techniques, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a production and graphic design role (agency or similar environment preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print production processes, color theory, and typography
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all design work
• Ability to work remotely and maintain Pacific Standard Time (PST) work hours
• Experience in packaging design and preparing mechanical files for print
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
