Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule photography bookings for Gap Inc. brands.
• Coordinate studio space, personnel, and set crews.
• Forecast and maintain budgets across shoots.
• Oversee on-set team and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and studio teams on output and costs.
• Source and manage talent (photographers, assistants, stylists).
• Coordinate catering and food deliveries for shoots.
