Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with members and guests, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Provide a friendly, inclusive experience for all members and guests.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and retail; support studio goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean studio environment and accurate records.
• Process credit card transactions and conduct studio tours.
