Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Studio Ops Program Manager to drive operational excellence for sustainability and crew training programs. You will coordinate budgets, contracts, and partner payments while aligning cross-functional teams across Production, Finance, Legal, and external partners.

Responsibilities include designing scalable systems, creating KPIs, and developing playbooks to scale program impact across studio operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience building or improving operational processes and tools.
Experience working cross-functionally driving consensus and collaboration with finance, legal, and operations teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Run budgets, contracts, partner payments and reports for sustainability and crew training programs
Design and maintain scalable systems and automations for program growth
Create KPIs and case studies to show program progress
Manage cross-functional projects with Production, Finance, Legal, and partners
Develop materials and resources that communicate program impact
Support large cross-functional studio initiatives
Maintain operational playbooks and best practices across studio programs
