Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a driven Studio Ops Program Manager to support sustainability and crew training programs across the Studio Strategy and Operations team. You will manage budgets, contracts, partner payments, and weekly reporting while building scalable systems and KPI demonstrations of progress.

You will collaborate with Production, Finance, Legal, and external partners to guide the program roadmap and create resources that tell the story of impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience building or improving operational processes and tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally driving consensus with finance, legal, and operations teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the operational backbone of the sustainability and crew training programs: budgets, contracts, partner payments, weekly report processing/QC, and compliance reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable operational systems and automations that support program growth.
• Create and maintain KPI’s and case studies demonstrating program progress.
• Cross-functional project management across Production, Finance, Legal, and external partners to drive the programs’ roadmap.
• Develop and maintain program materials, digital content, and partner-facing resources that tell the story of program impact.
• Support large-scale cross-functional studio initiatives.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks and best practices across studio programs and policies.
