Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a driven Studio Ops Program Manager to oversee sustainability, crew training, and cross‑functional programs within Studio Strategy and Operations.

You will design scalable systems, manage budgets and contracts, and partner with Production, Finance, Legal, and external teams to deliver impact at scale.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, a bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience building or improving operational processes and tools.
• Experience cross-functionally driving consensus with finance, legal, and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Run the operational backbone of the sustainability and crew training programs: budgets, contracts, partner payments, weekly report processing/QC, and compliance reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable operational systems and automations that support sustainability and crew training program growth.
• Create and maintain KPI's and case studies demonstrating program progress.
• Cross-functional project management across Production, Finance, Legal, and external partners to drive the programs' roadmap.
• Develop and maintain program materials, digital content, and partner-facing resources that tell the story of program impact.
• Support large-scale cross-functional studio initiatives.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks and best practices across studio programs and policies.
