Sugar & Glow is a boutique wellness studio focused on sugaring and skincare, seeking a proactive Studio Operations Manager (Independent Contractor). You will coordinate weekly operations, support SOPs, manage client records, and enhance the client experience while collaborating with the Founder and Marketing team.

The role emphasizes building systems, improving processes, and driving growth with a flexible mix of remote and on-site work, up to 30 hours per month at $60/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, office management, hospitality, wellness, or a client-focused environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software; Boulevard a plus.
• Professional communication and reliable follow-through, with a knack for improving systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly operational priorities across the studio.
• Support SOPs and workflows, maintain client records, memberships, and appointment accuracy.
• Oversee loyalty programs, campaigns, reviews, and client communications to support retention.
• Track operational and client experience metrics and prepare monthly summaries.
