Sugar & Glow is seeking a proactive Studio Operations Manager (Independent Contractor) to help keep the studio running smoothly. You will coordinate weekly operations, support SOPs, and ensure a high-quality client experience in a growing wellness studio.

You will partner with the Founder, Front Desk Coordinator and Marketing to drive growth initiatives, maintain systems, and keep the team organized and accountable for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in operations, office management, hospitality, wellness, retail or similar client-focused environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Boulevard is a plus).
• Professional communication and reliable follow-through.
• Enjoys improving systems and helping businesses grow.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate weekly operational priorities across the studio and support SOP execution.
• Maintain client records, memberships and appointment accuracy in Boulevard.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply ordering.
• Lead and support client experience, loyalty programs and campaigns.
• Track operational metrics and prepare monthly performance summaries.
• Share recommendations to improve efficiency and retention.
