Sugar & Glow is a boutique wellness studio focused on professional sugaring and skincare, seeking a proactive Studio Operations Manager (Independent Contractor) to optimize weekly studio operations and support SOP adoption. You’ll partner with the Founder and teams to ensure a high-quality client experience and drive growth initiatives.

The role emphasizes building systems, solving problems, and bringing structure to a growing business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in operations, office management, hospitality, wellness, retail, or a similar client-focused environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Can manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (Boulevard experience is a plus).
• Communicates professionally and follows through consistently.
• Enjoys improving systems and helping businesses grow.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate weekly operational priorities across the studio.
• Support the consistent execution of studio SOPs and workflows.
• Maintain Boulevard sales platform, including client records, memberships, and appointment accuracy.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply ordering.
• Identify operational improvements and communicate recommendations to the Founder.
• Coordinate vendors and other operational needs.
• Partner with Front Desk Coordinator & Sugaring team to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Support staff by reinforcing established procedures and operational standards.
• Communicate weekly priorities and help ensure team accountability.
• Escalate operational challenges or training opportunities to the Founder.
• Oversee loyalty, referral, and client retention initiatives and marketing calendar.
• Lead and manage client rebooking and follow-up processes.
