Accountabilities

• Partner directly with senior leadership to drive execution on high‑priority initiatives across the organization.
• Take ownership of complex and often ambiguous problems, identifying practical solutions and moving projects forward independently.
• Support and coordinate cross‑functional execution across areas such as operations, finance, product, go‑to‑market strategy, and people initiatives.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement improvements that increase organizational efficiency and scalability.
• Design, implement, and optimize internal systems, workflows, dashboards, and documentation processes.
• Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve productivity, streamline execution, and scale operational capabilities.
• Increase leadership bandwidth by managing priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring key initiatives progress effectively.
• Operate with strong judgment, discretion, adaptability, and a high level of accountability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements
