Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a service-based business (fitness/wellness).
• Experience leading a team of 3+ and onboarding.
• Proficient with payroll processing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational and multi-location prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and standards across locations.
• Lead Studio Managers and staff; manage onboarding and performance.
• Own revenue targets and growth strategies; manage CRM efforts.
• Coordinate marketing using Mindbody, Klaviyo and social channels.
• Develop partnerships to broaden network and services.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
