Job summary

The candidate will handle payroll, health benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and open enrollment, while coordinating with IT and property management. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of general business and tax principles.
• 5–10 years of office or business management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction accounting and enter daily transactions, invoices, and deposits in QuickBooks.
• Prepare client invoices and monthly reporting; maintain bank reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash flow forecasting, and sales tax filings.
• Collaborate with Principals and Accountant on year-end reconciliations, tax submissions, and renewals.
• Lead office operations, travel planning, and vendor relations; manage FF&E budgets.
