Job summary

Barry’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead the studio in delivering exceptional client experiences and building a vibrant community. The AGM works with the GM to drive acquisition, retention, and KPI performance while upholding Barry’s hospitality standards in a fast-paced setting.

duties include managing daily operations, coaching and developing staff, supporting talent initiatives, and partnering with marketing to localize campaigns that engage clients and grow attendance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of fitness management or relevant related experience (hospitality, retail, food/beverage, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Availability for full-time work during non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to train, lead, motivate, and delegate to a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations and drive class, fuel bar and retail sales to exceed goals.
• Oversee check-in processes, opening/closing, and staff on duty.
• Analyze P&L, attendance, utilization, and labor with GM and regional leadership.
