Job summary

The Hershey Company in New York, NY, is seeking an Associate Manager, Studio Operations for Pip & Plume, Hershey’s in-house Creator + AI Studio. You will link brand teams, social strategy, creators, and measurement partners to convert business needs into creator-led content, moving quickly and efficiently from idea to market.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across multiple projects and help scale operational processes within a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or related fields.
• Experience in creative operations or marketing teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects with budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day operations partner for Hershey brands.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and workflows from intake through launch.
• Translate business needs into scopes, resources, and action plans.
• Coordinate creator casting, production, reviews, approvals, and final delivery.
• Build relationships with brand teams, creators, strategists, and agency partners.
• Monitor budgets, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Partner with Measurement & Intelligence teams to capture learning and improve content.
• Help optimize operations and grow Pip & Plume.
